Client Information Our client is a sizable long standing HK based company; focuses on high quality lifestyle product with proven track record. They are looking for an Assistant Finance & Accounting Manager to join their team. This position is directly report to CEO. Candidates with more experience will be considered as Finance & Accounting Manager.Industry: Manufacturing and Lifestyle
Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of accountants in HK and China to ensure compliance with corporate standards and statutory requirements;
  • Prepare monthly financial and management reports on a timely basis;
  • Prepare financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow projection, taxation, treasury and management reporting for different business or functional units;
  • Coordinate and liaise with external auditors, bankers and others professionals, etc.;
  • Provide solutions and recommendations to management on finance and accounting related matters.
  • Requirements
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent;
  • At least 5-10 years solid finance and accounting experience, experience in manufacturing firm/ PRC companies is preferred;
  • Prefer with knowledge or understanding in China taxation;
  • Detail minded, work independently with good interpersonal skills;
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered as Finance & Accounting Manager.
  • Salary Range
 Negotiable
