Assistant HR Manager / Assistant C & B Controller
Our client is leading worldwide international group with strong portfolio of luxury brands who has been held in high esteem in the beauty industry. They are now looking for a Regional C&B Assistant Manager to join their dynamic team for supporting the human resources management and business in the region.

Responsibilities:
- Support the local teams on salary surveys and market benchmarking
- Help to assess and implement company rules and policies, working closely with Country HR teams to keep abreast of market C&B trends and evolution, statutory/regulatory changes with impact on development of HR policies
- Develop a center of expertise related to intra-APAC employee transfers such as impacts on taxation, benefits
- Coordinate staffing budgeting, HR reporting processes (monthly headcount report and bi-annually social report), and provide analytical/monitoring support
- Assist Head of HR and General Manager, Asia for the planning, content management and distribution of internal communication to all Asia employees
- Coordinate with the Head Office for the sorting and distribution of Global content
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years of experiences in HR/Finance, with focus on C & B area
- University graduate, preferably for HR, Accounting, Finance and Statistics disciplines.
- Fluent English is a must. Cantonese and French is a plus
- Excellent skills in excel and powerpoint.
- Strong interpersonal skills, resourceful, able to work independently.
- Project management, proactive, well organized and results
