Assistant HR Manager / Senior HR Executive
Our client is an international luxury beauty brand with proven track record, who is looking for an all-rounded Assistant HR Manager to join their dynamic domestic and travel retail teams for Hong Kong and Macau. It is an exciting opportunity for talents who are passionate to build a professional career at an international organization. This position is directly reported to Senior HR Manager and candidates with less experience can be considered as Senior HR Executive.

Responsibilities:
- Support and provide wide range of HR business partnering services to Hong Kong & Macau local market and travel retail team with over 300 headcounts
- Responsible for staff recruitment according to company hiring strategy and process
- Support manpower planning, budgeting and reports to HQ and Management for effective HR Management.
- Liaise with Regional and Local HR team and ensure all Compensation and Benefit arrangements for employees are well-managed.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are in alignment with HQ requirements, operational needs and in compliance with local regulations.
- Support to manage and monitor office administration function.
Requirement:
- Degree holder with major in HR Management
- At least 5 years relevant working experience, in which 1 years in managerial / supervisory capacity, preferably in retail industry
- Computer Literacy (Excel, Words, Power Point)
- Strong knowledge of HK Labour Ordinance, employment related ordinance and common HR practice.
- Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
- People oriented with seasoned communication skills to work with different parties across different business units
- Strong team player, positive attitude and self-motivated
- Well-organized with strong planning capability and critical thinking
- Ability to handle multi-task and flexible to respond to changes in the business environment and work with different parties
