Client Information	Our client is an exclusive retailer of Mercedes-Benz cars in Hong Kong and Macau, the exclusive retailer of smarts cars and the exclusive distributor for Hyundai cars in Hong Kong. The firm is now looking for an Assistant Service Advisor to join their team
Responsibilities	Providing professional advice in vehicle maintenance and other technical services Following up closely with customers and internal parties to ensure all service requests are being attended efficiently.
Requirements	At least 1 year of relevant experience in customer service or retail industry, experience in motor industry in an advantage Strong interpersonal and communication skills Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese Proficient in Microsoft Office Possess a valid driving license in Hong Kong Fresh graduate will also be considered
Salary Range	negotiable
