Brand Assistant
Our client is a well-known international luxury brand being famous for their premium beauty products with proven track record, who is looking for a brand assistant and provide secretarial support to General Manager. They would like to attract talents to join their dynamic international teams.

Responsibilities
- Provide a full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to Hong Kong General Manager;
- Manage and organize the schedule of General Manager and key managers, to be responsible for meetings, conferences or business travel arrangements;
- Act as the key contact point between all office, frontline staff in Hong Kong Office, as well as suppliers and vendors;
- Support marketing team on daily administrative tasks including purchase order requests and expense tracking;
- Assist in organizing key organizational activities for Hong Kong team;
- Respond and monitor general enquiry emails and phone calls as appropriate;
- Any ad hoc tasks or projects assigned by Hong Kong General Manager;
Requirements
- Higher diploma or above degree in any disciplines; education background in business is an advantage;
- Around 5 years secretarial, administrative or personal assistant experiences in multinational companies;
- Excellence in written and spoken English and Chinese;
- Responsible, good organizational and multi-tasking skills with positive mindset; accuracy and attention to details;
- Mature and able to work under fast-paced environment
- Good at using Microsoft applications and Chinese word processing.
