They distribute skincare, hair care, makeup, and fragrance at department stores, pharmacies, and spa channels. |
| Responsibilities |
- To lead the sales and marketing team to maximize the sales potential and profitability for both wholesale and retail business
- To plan, execute, and analyze marketing and brand building activities, from above the line to below the line (including digital marketing and social media platforms), to achieve sales target
- To analyze data in order to effectively lead, motivate, develop, and support internal sales, training, and therapists team and wholesales accounts
- To conduct market research and analysis, in order to enhance sales plans and ensure the alignment of other functional support
- To be responsible for overall business strategy and brand positioning with accountabilities and management for profitability, budgets inventories and forecasts
- To analyze data for the enhancement of sales plans and ensure the alignment of other functional support

| Requirements |
- Tertiary education; major in marketing, communications or relevant discipline is an advantage
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in retail sales and marketing management; experience in beauty or luxury brands,wholesale as well as knowledge in haircare, skincare or spa brands is an advantage
- Solid experience in both B2B and B2C in beauty will be a big advantage
- Fluent Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
- Good interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Analytical with strong negotiation and organizational skills
- Proactive, detail-minded, able to work under pressure
- Candidate with less experience will be considered for an Assistant Brand Marketing and Sales Management – Division Manager
