(Assistant) Visual Merchandising and Trade Marketing Manager

This well-known brand is looking for a passionate caliber for the position of (Assistant) Visual Merchandising and Trade Marketing Manager to join their energetic team and support the business development in local market.

Responsibilities
- Set up and design animations for products in accordance with customers’ preferences and market trend
- Coordinate with regional teams for store marketing strategy and design for exclusive brands and report to the Head of Merchandising
- Work closely and deliver effective negotiation with local vendors to implement Visual Merchandising in stores
- Responsible for all promotional activities and brand related events
- Ensure the coherency of the brand message and selection in all media
- Establish brand strategy and lead team members on customer centric visual requirements
- Develop merchandising guidelines with vendors and brands to ensure consistence brand presentations to deliver quality customer journey
Requirements
- Around 6 years of Trade Marketing or Visual Merchandising experience in beauty or FMCG industry
- Bachelor’s degree holder or above in Business/Marketing or related fields
- Excellent organizational, numerical and analysis skills
- Fluent in spoken & written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to influence
- Strong IT and database skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Autocad, Space Planning is a plus
