Responsibilities

l   To launch e-business for key markets in Asia Pacific and initiate E-commerce strategic planning to develop potential markets;

l   To collaborate with head quarter and lead the local team specialized for developing business in E-Commerce and Omni Channel

l   To understand customers’ needs and improve website through segmentation, site promotion, content development & search engine optimization, affiliate marketing, develop alliances for content and traffic to enhance E-commerce profitability;

l   To communicate and work closely with regional teams and external agencies to ensure smooth delivery of the E-commerce websites operation and project management, such as IT, Operation, Logistic and Finance teams from head office;

l   To drive on-line sales target and manage the profitability and budget of E-commerce platform.

 

Requirements

l   Bachelor degree ; Major in Marketing / business administration is preferable;

l   Around 10 years’ experiences working in E-Commerce with at least 3 years’ experience in managerial role; experience in Multi-national companies, luxury beauty brand and setting up new e-business is definitely an advantage;

l   Strong entrepreneurship, interpersonal and presentation skills as well as business mindset for strategic and technical need for e-business;

l   Skillful in data analysis and insight generating for E-commerce development

l   Willing to have occasional business travel

l   Excellence in both spoken and written English and Chinese;

-          1-2 year work experience with knowledge in accounting process, internal control and operational risk management
