Office Manager

Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the Group’s CFO/COO, this key position is responsible for the overall management of the Hong Kong new set-up office and ensure the smooth operation;
  • To lead a team with 1-2 headcounts and oversee both accounting and also HR-related duties such as recruitment, payroll and MPF administration, taxation;
  • To coordinate and support the trading business by closely work with various departments located in mainland China including documentation and compliance;
  • Performing ad hoc projects and assignment when required;
  • To manage full spectrum of office related administration function i.e. sourcing and maintaining the office supplies and equipment, facilities management and leasing administration;

Requirements

  • Degree holder in business administration or related disciplines is preferred;
  • Minimum 10 years relevant working experience with understanding in setting up new office, preferably in trading and cosmetic industry;
