Requirements

  • Knowledge of video editing will be an advantage but not necessary

Responsibilities

  • To report to the Regional Travel Retail Director and work with global team as a partner; plan and manage the counter layout design and construction/renovation from briefing, drawings, proposals to final implementation
  • To be responsible for monitoring the project status so as to ensure the alignment with corporate standards; and the achievement of company’s yearly plan;
  • To coordinate the communication flow between head office, local & regional travel retail teams and vendors on new counters and renovation.
  • To manage the work progress of counter execution, including site analysis, counter zoning and layout design to post-counter opening inspection, maintenance and enhancement;
  • To liaise with external parties such as retailers, contractors and regulatory bodies for the execution of construction programs;
  • To assess and review quotations and survey packages; communicate with internal departments on budget planning and selection of contractors.

 


Requirements

  • Tertiary education in Architecture, Interior Design or related discipline;
  • Minimum 6 years’ experience in project management in retail design, experience in luxury brands or fashion and beauty industry is highly preferred;
  • Willing to have frequent travel;
  • Have knowledge in construction, visual merchandizing and counter display;
  • Have knowledge in AutoCAD, Adobe Illustrator and 3D Studio will be an advantage;
  • Fluent Cantonese and English is a must, knowledge in French will be an advantage

  • Manage the counter layout designing (from briefing, proposals to final implementation);

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Architecture, interior Design or related disciplines;

  • Complete fluency in Chinese and English, Japanese and French is a plus;
  • Good command of communication skills in both writing and speaking;
  • Strong IT skills, especially AutoCAD, Photoshop, 3D Studio Max and other computer illustrations;
  • Excellent time and organization skills, as well as project management skills with proven ability to prioritize and work efficiently, especially in multicultural environments;
