Job Requirements

  • Develop effective global methods to assign, collect and analyze data for both customs and logistics areas
  • Design the HS code assignment logic rules for the GTL Center of Excellence for Retail Foundation countries in a timely and accurate manner
  • Partner with the GTL Center of Excellence team to manage the MFN duty rates, FTA network and FTA rates and defend the reputation of Tiffany to enhance customs compliance
  • Partner with Asia Finance to develop an efficient invoice review workflow and maintain freight GL account or Coupa vendor setup
  • Review and modify regularly on the reports on the master data issues, shipment, store information in the various Tiffany systems and each country’s universe of account numbers for key carriers
  • Maintain freight spending, duty/VAT & brokerage spending report for Asian countries and assist Director to host QBR with forwarders on quarterly basis
  • Collaborate with internal parties to manage actively on shipments, dissect the freight-related spend, and enable data-based decision-making

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level, preferably with numerical emphasis.
  • 6-8 years relevant experience in customs and logistics, highly preferable in multi-national environment
  • Excellent IT skills, able to meet tight deadline and contribute individually and independently
  • Able to deal with uncertainty and make decisions based on best available information
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with passion in communicate in a multi-national environment
