Requirements

  • Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance; knowledge of China/Macau market is a plus;
  • Proficient in English and good command of Cantonese and Mandarin;
  • Strong planning and organization skills as well as analytical consideration;
  • Proactive, positive with effective communication skills;

  • Perform all round Human Resources administrative functions and data maintenance using HRIS system and conduct enhancement project to facilitate the process for local and regional team

 

Requirements

  • Degree holder or above, preferably in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 8 years of solid HR experience with focus in payroll fields, preferably with retail or beauty industry experience
  • Strong knowledge in C&B practices, salary and benefits administration
  • Well versed in Employment Ordinances and other relevant law and regulations for Hong Kong and Macau, familiarize in Macau operation will be an advantage
