Responsibilities:

  • Provide clerical and administrative support to consultant in daily operations and ensure all recruitment requests are processed in a timely manner;
  • Assist in data entry, candidates’ database management, job posting, CV screening and interview arrangement, presentation preparation;
  • Conduct interviews with candidates and follow up shortlisted reports;
  • Prepare regular payroll; conduct and compile HR reports and analysis;
  • Handle phone and email enquiry; assist in ad hoc assignments and projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in any disciplines;
  • Interested in Human Resources and Administration field;
  • Good command of English and Chinese, Mandarin is an advantage

  • To coordinate with retail stores, factories in China and other external partners, including production house, contractors and suppliers to execute production requests, seek approvals and track timelines;
  • To support the workflow from prototype to manufacturing, such as product development, vendor coordination, material sourcing and sample inspection;
  • To communicate with factories and ensure all projects are delivered on-budget, on-spec and on-time;
  • To assist and give suggestion for product design and color tuning;
  • To support on clerical work such as purchase order preparation and ad hoc assignments.

Requirements

  • With 2 years’ experience in manufacturing i.e. liaising with factory and vendors (exposure on toys industry will be a plus);
  • Knowledge in AI and Photoshop is an advantage;

  • Positive, proactive, detail-minded, self-motivated with good time management;
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Project Assistant.

  • Work intensively with sole distributor in China for the implementation of retail expansion plan
  • Implement brand promotion, including coordination and implementation of thematic and permanent merchandising with Retailer / Distributors
  • Coordinate orders with sales/logistic/finance department and ensure stock availability according to upcoming product launch
  • Measure and analyze sales performance including actual sales through under distributor’s sales channels and identify key learning. Collect market and consumer insight and translate them into practical ideas for strategic plan development
