Education Coordinator
This Regional Education Coordinator, Travel Retail role is a direct report to the Regional Education Manager, Travel Retail and is responsible for providing support for day-to-day operations. This person manages all administrative activities for the education & sales department and in partnership with Education Managers in various travel retail markets. This role also assists Regional Education Manager, Travel Retail & Travel Retail Director with all administrative duties, such as maintenance of calendars, scheduling of meetings, meeting agendas, travel arrangements and the general duties of running the Education & Sales function in Travel Retail

Responsibilities
- Schedules meetings, maintains calendars, creates meeting agendas and prepares materials needed for meetings for Regional Education Manager & Travel Retail Director
- Manages financial expense administration
- Works directly with travel agency to coordinate all travel and hotel arrangements
- Assists in the management of budget such as T&E, Gratis, purchase orders, invoicing and market re-bills
- To perform ad hoc assignment if necessary.
Requirements
- Effective goal setting, planning, and communication, relationship-building and strong problem solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in an efficient and timely manner.
- Must possess excellent communication, follow-up, and solid interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills.
- Proficient skills in all Microsoft applications including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of video editing will be an advantage but not necessary
- Strong organization, follow up and prioritization skills.
- Good command of both written & spoken English is necessary, and command of another language is an advantage
- At least 1-2 years of experience with proven administration/assistant management experience preferably within cosmetics

Responsibilities
- To report to Senior Graphic Designer, and be responsible for packaging design, 2D design projects, artwork production, and design material preparation for online and offline;
- To initiate creative ideas from process to execution independently whilst reporting back to the marketing team;
- To collaborate with cross functional teams such as sampling, marketing and retail for the design and execution of marketing communication materials such as online and printed advertisement, in-store visual merchandizing and product promotions;
- To handle all sample-making related processes, including product related instructions and documentation work;
- To follow up with vendors and suppliers on the production of packaging and marketing materials.
Requirements
- Tertiary education in Graphic Design, Art or related disciplines;
- 1 – 3 years of solid experiences in graphic design (2D), visual merchandising;
- Experience in health and beauty / FMCG industry will be an advantage;
- Experience in Production House and In-House
- Knowledge in Adobe Tools and Photoshop is required; InDesign technique is preferable;
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
