Responsibilities

  • To report to Senior Graphic Designer, and be responsible for packaging design, 2D design projects, artwork production, and design material preparation for online and offline;
  • To initiate creative ideas from process to execution independently whilst reporting back to the marketing team;
  •  To collaborate with cross functional teams such as sampling, marketing and retail for the design and execution of marketing communication materials such as online and printed advertisement, in-store visual merchandizing and product promotions;
  • To handle all sample-making related processes, including product related instructions and documentation work;
  • To follow up with vendors and suppliers on the production of packaging and marketing materials.

Requirements

  • Tertiary education in Graphic Design, Art or related disciplines;
  • 1 – 3 years of solid experiences in graphic design (2D), visual merchandising;
  • Experience in health and beauty / FMCG industry will be an advantage;
  • Experience in Production House and In-House
  • Knowledge in Adobe Tools and Photoshop is required; InDesign technique is preferable;
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;

Responsibilities

  • To provide full spectrum operational support to various aspects of human resources to designated brands;
  • To handle front-line staff recruitment service and formulate sourcing strategies in talent attraction;
  • To develop and analyze updated market remuneration and benefit package summary and share insights to management;
  • To manage employee retention and built staff’s brand loyalty;
  • To be a contact point for employees on HR matter and oversee staff on-boarding and off-boarding formalities;

Responsibilities                 

  • Provide clerical and sales administrative support to retail operations team and stores including  operation manual, petty cash and store material;
  • Act as the key contact point between office and stores on daily retail operations issues;
  • Prepare and consolidate regular sales, store target, frontline productivity, commission and other related reports;
