Responsibilities
- To report to Regional Merchandising Director Asia and manage all aspects of store design and fit out process;
- To communicate and work with global team, local markets and contractors for store roll out planning;
- To develop store design layout and furniture plan, ensure design criteria is followed according to global guideline and monitor opening process from start to finish
- To ensure projects are met with local requirements in a cost-effective manner by involving in the selection process for vendors and contractors
- To coordinated with Procurement team for furniture bulk order process
- To monitor construction work progress to ensure concept stores are opened on time and within budget
- To improve efficiency and effectiveness of project management process with other function team members
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience with store planning and project management
- Degree holder of interior design/architecture or relevant field
- Degree qualified in a Design, Construction or related discipline
- Experience of construction projects in Asia is highly desirable
- Demonstrated experience in store planning in the retail/wholesale environment
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficient in Autodesk Autocad, Adobe Photoshop, MS office
- Proactive, independent, flexible, organized and detail-minded with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Requires overseas travel
