Responsibilities

  • To achieve sales targets for each POS & improve market share in cooperation with Area Manager;
  • To assume accountability for all targeted sales objective, follow up & develop retail sales and client relations;
  • To plan, organize, coordinate and optimize promotions in order to achieve objectives and maximize resources according to established budget;
  • To conduct field analyses and profitability analysis of programs and provide improvements;
  • To propose and recommend actions to improve business and seize potential opportunities;
  • To ensure the brand image and presentation at POS conform to the brand’s standards and guidelines by regular store visiting and Merchandising & Marketing strategy implementation;
  • To liaise with contractors on promotion set up/new counters and order transparencies for counters and promotion sites;

 Requirements

  • University degree holder or equivalent academic qualifications;
  • Minimum 2 years’ working experience, experience in perfume, cosmetics sales and/or training is an advantage;
  • Fluent in Cantonese & English; or another Asian language is a definite plus
  • Excellent selling skills and communication skills in verbal, written & interpersonal
  • Excellent competencies in computer literacy i.e. Word, power-point, especially Excel spreadsheets, working with figures and budgets
