To support their business expansion in Asia, they are looking for a Japanese Speaking Corporate Sales to join their team. Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Manager.
Responsibilities
  • To closely collaborate with internal and external parties in Hong Kong, Japan and overseas; work closely with Japan government department for sponsorship;
  • To search for new customers; act as the company ambassador and present the benefits of services provided by the company;
  • To manage good business relationships with existing corporate clients;
  • To analyze market trend and demand and identify new business opportunities;
  • To launch sales and promotion activities according to corporate marketing strategies;
  • To prepare data report for management review.
  • Requirements
  • 2 years’ experience in corporate sales/ marketing/ account servicing; experience in food and beverage/ retail industry or lifestyle brand is an advantage;
  • Business level of Japanese is a must (preferable JLPT N2 or above, native Japanese speaking is an advantage); fluent written and spoken English and Chinese;
  • Good communication and presentation skills;
  • Self-motivated; open-minded; independent and able to work under pressure;
  • Passion to cooking is an advantage.

Responsibilities
  • To liaise with internal departments and licensors to manage and follow up product development via daily communication & regular meetings; 
  • To maintain good relationship with licensors; plan and organize joint marketing promotion activities and events for new product launch;
  • To support business development function by exploring new licensees for product distribution;
  • To work closely with production, project and operation team to plan and execute sales and marketing programs;
  • To provide sales coordination and administrative support to the team and carry out ad-hoc projects as assigned.
  • Requirements
  • Tertiary education in Marketing, Communications or related disciplines;
  • 5 years’ experience in marketing; experience in retail/ lifestyle brand or licensing business is an advantage; experience in handling China market is preferable;
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English & Chinese;
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills;

Job Duties:

  • Manage business relationship with existing clients of the company;
