Responsibilities
  • To provide full spectrum of administrative and secretarial support to Regional Director;
  • To perform professional receptionist duties including visitors greeting, incoming calls and enquiries handling etc;
  • To consolidate reports, perform data analysis and assist in the preparation of business reports, proposals or presentations;
  • To liaise and coordinate with internal departments or external parties such as vendors, landlords or suppliers for business functions and events; provide support in corporate communication;
  • To manage and organize schedule of Director, to be responsible for meeting, conference or business travel arrangements;
  • To manage the general office administration and clerical support for the office;
Requirements
  • Tertiary education in any disciplines, preferably in business administration;
  • Native Cantonese and Excellent in English is a must;
  • Energetic, detail-minded, multi-tasking, proactive; patient
  • Mature, able to work independently, strong organization and communication skills;
  • Have potential to grow
  • Passionate to beauty industry

Responsibilities
  • To assist in the development and implementation of marketing programs, from budgeting, execution to program evaluation; propose follow-up action plan when necessary
  • To manage, edit and coordinate materials for corporate communication and internal use; including the company brochure, leaflet etc.
  • To work closely with external business partners such as advertising agencies, design house, etc. for the effective execution of marketing program
Requirements
  • Tertiary education; preferably in Marketing, Communications or related disciplines;
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Marketing Officer/ Executive
  • Multi-tasking, detail-minded, self-motivated;

Responsibilities

  • Assist in product styling coordination and visual merchandising
  • Understand the targeted markets and support the needs of store operation
  • Initiate and follow up on all sample making related processes, progress improvement, including product related instructions and documentation work

Requirements
  • Tertiary education in Graphic Design or equivalent;

  • Actively participate in the conceptualization of new product launches (tools; techniques; sales techniques) by assisting the marketing team in brain-storming sessions.
  • Liaise and facilitate/exchange best practices among the countries and with HQ
  • Monitor compiling / translating the training materials for the region
  • Provide Artistic leadership and guidance in collaboration with the Headmistresses of the Singapore, Shanghai and Seoul Academy and collaborate with the Hong Kong Academy
  • Adapt and execute corporate Education strategy, programs and activities in the Region and make sure they are executed in line with regional standards
Requirements
  • Tertiary education in any disciplines with good makeup skills
  • Outstanding people management with excellent team motivation skills
  • Result oriented, Self-driven and entrepreneurial
  • Fluent in written and spoken Mandarin and English 
  • Solid experience in field coaching/product training program design with strong strategic thinking mind-set

  • To check and maintain the laboratory equipment

Requirements
  • 3 year or above working experience in Laboratory
