Responsibilities
  • To report to headquarter to ensure policy stableness and regular internal communication
  • To be a leader and decision maker in operation team and lead subordinates to service excellence on every aspect
  • To monitor and manage the customer lifecycle
  • To ensure smooth handover which help setting B2B customer accounts without error and keep on monitoring to keep it run effectively
  • To handle multi-inquiries with effective, efficient, and appropriate manners
  • To perform data analysis by preparing weekly and monthly reports regularly 
  • To coordinate with different external parties and partners to make negotiation on contract terms as well as preparing lounge agreements and addendums
  • To acquire knowledge of the operational, systems, contractual and financial aspects from experts
  • To provide full spectrum support to the Management Team for B2B accounts handling
  • To support any ad-hoc projects
Requirements

  • Degree holder preferably in Business Administration or related discipline.
  • At least 6 years related experience such as account management, customer or/and clients relationship management, preferably with at least 2 years at managerial level
  • Experience in bank and finance will be a plus
  • Experience in project management is an advantage
  • Similar experience in operational or administration would be first consideration
  • Well-organized, independent, detail-minded, able to work under pressure and handle multi-tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
  • Immediate availability is an advantage

  • To handle recruitment process along lounges across the region
  • To coordinate with different external parties and partners to make negotiation on contract terms as well as preparing lounge agreements and addendums
  • To work closely with the lounge operators in airport and maintain good relationship
  • To provide all rounded support and prepare guidelines to lounges
  • To maintain service excellence by well handling complaints, visit billing enquiries and other lounge related issues

  • Requirements

  • Requirements
