Client Information Our client is a reputable Japanese company with proven track record in Logistics industry who is looking for Warehouse Manager to join their professional team. Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Warehouse Manager.

The company is head quartered in Japan and established in Hong Kong for more than 30 year. It started its business by transporting equipment for infrastructure within Hong Kong and now expanded its logistics service to China too.

Responsibilities
  • Liaise with internal departments and external parties on the issues related to warehouse operation which fulfill company service standard
  • Supervise and arrange the warehouse staff (+25) in various loading and warehousing sessions
  • Monitor the warehouse operation, including Warehouse Storage, Pick and Pack and WMS etc.  Maintain the operation under cost and benefit effectiveness principle
  • Provide training to warehouse staff
  • Improve and maintain safety and hygiene standard of workplace
  • Ensure all working procedures/routines are reviewed on a regular basis, and are updated as required
  • Improve the warehouse operation and service standard
Requirements
  • At least 8 years experiences in warehouse & logistics operations, 3 years of which must be in supervisory level in logistics / freight forwarding industry
  • Experience in sea & logistics operation warehouse
  • Good command of English and Cantonese
  • Good communication, problem solving and decision making skill
  • Able to work independently and under pressure
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Warehouse Manager

Responsibilities
  • To assist in managing the retail sales at store level and coordinate with functional teams on POS inventory replenishment, product assortment and merchandising execution; work closely with travel retail clients;
  • To work closely with store management on brand’s initiatives and incentive programs;
  • To recruit, supervise, coach and develop front-line team; provide on-going feedback and ensure they follow the brand’s selling and make-up techniques and customer service standard;
  • To maintain a good brand image in the aspects of customer service, BA grooming and visual merchandizing excellence at POS; be responsible for all in-store and events execution
Requirements
  • Tertiary education; preferably in business related discipline;
  • 4 years’ related experience in retail sector with 2 years’ experience in supervisory role; experience in travel retail/ luxury beauty brands is preferred;
