Our client is a professional and well-known wealth management company in China with proven track record, who is looking for a Channel Manager/Customer Service Manager to join their team and support their growing business. Candidates with less experiences will be considered as Assistant Customer Service Manager.

Responsibilities |
- To answer enquiry and provide professional customer service to Hong Kong clients;
- To work closely with China office for information exchange & client referral and follow up schedule appointments with the clients which referred by China office;
- To support Senior Vice President on clerical and administrative work;
- To provide training to regional office on Hong Kong’s wealth management industry evolution, product properties and market scenery updates;
- To carry out ad-hoc projects as assigned.

- Tertiary education preferably in Accounting or Finance discipline, with wealth management knowledge is an advantage;
- More than 3 years’ experience working in financial or insurance industries; qualifications or license in related area is highly preferred;
- Fluent Mandarin and Cantonese; business level of English;
- Proactive, patient, good services attitude and discipline;
- Self-motivation with outgoing personality and ability to work independently;
- Proficient in usual PC applications such as Excel, Word and Power-Point;
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Customer Service Manager.
