Compensation & Benefits Manager / Human Resources (C & B) Manager
Our client is the worldwide leading luxury group and their core business unit is now looking for a high caliber to join their dynamic team as C & B Manager. This is a strategic human resources (HR) management role with exposure to multi-brands. Responsibilities:
- Reported to the Senior HR Manager, this position liaises with HR Business partners and operation teams as well as corresponding business units for full spectrum of C&B functions across local markets and regional team.
- Implement and review company rules and policies to keep abreast of market C&B trends and evolution, statutory and regulatory changes which may have impacts on the development of HR policies
- By leading a subordinate, this role is Involve in annual exercises, including budgeting, staff cost controlling, salary survey, market benchmarking, compensation strategies and other relevant assignments
- Support all aspects of reward programs management, remuneration review, performance management and development of the grading structure
- Manage the HR reporting processes, perform monitoring functions with analysis and solid recommendations
- Coordinate the HR related issues for the expatriate management.
Requirements:
- Degree holder or equivalent level, preferably in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- Minimum 10 years of experience in HR Management with the prime focus on C&B fields, experience in retail is highly preferable
- Good command of English and Chinese
- Great planning and organizing skills with high-level attention to detail
- Strong in figures, independent thinking and analytical consideration
- Proactive, resourceful, project management driven with excellent interpersonal skills.
