The brand is now looking for a counter manager to join their dynamic team and support their growing business. Responsibilities
- Oversee general counter operations and maintain customer relations;
- Motivate the Beauty team and set target for individual to drive sales;
- Responsible for inventory and people management as well as staff development;
- Provide regular coaching on service and maintain high performance standard;
- Provide aftersales services to build excellent customer relationships;
- Coordinate on ad-hoc projects as assigned by the company from time to time
Requirements
- 4 years’ experience in beauty industry; preferable 2 years of supervisory experience;
- Sales driven attitude with a desire to achieve the best performance;
- Good command in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin;
- Dynamic, customer service oriented, self-motivated, outgoing personality and have team spirit;
- Reliable attitude and strong interpersonal skill
