Deputy General Manager/ Senior Brand Manager
Our client is a French beauty and skincare brand under International conglomerate with continuous business growth in Hong Kong, Macau, China and other countries. With the recent acquisition by an international conglomerate, to support their progressive expansion, they are currently looking for a Deputy General Manager to lead their dynamic team and build the brand in Hong Kong. It is a great opportunity for someone desiring to build a career in the beauty and skincare sector.

Job Responsibilities:
- Directly report to General Manager (Greater China) for overall business & key organizational issues;
- As a team lead of the business, managing different functions from sales, marketing, finance, supply chain and human resources.
- Analyze the brand overall performance and propose strategies to grow the business in Hong Kong and Macau;
- Define, implement and monitor the direction and policies for management and branding strategies;
- Formulate budgetary measures and prepare the financial statements;
- Oversee the talent management and people development of both supporting function and front-line team.
- Evaluate the key investments in infrastructure, talent and business channels;
- Assist and perform ad-hoc projects as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder or above in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or other related commercial disciplines;
- Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience with 5 years in managerial level, preferably with health and beauty retail or fast moving consumer goods FMCG industries; Travel retail exposure is a plus;
- Team leader with effective management skills; strong numeric, strategic and analytical mindset;
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook etc.;
- Good command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
- Immediate available is an advantage
