Our client is a leading brand management company which manages a portfolio of beauty brands in Greater China and aims to bring in quality and healthy beauty brands to the regional markets. They distribute skincare, hair care, makeup, and fragrance at department stores, pharmacies, and spa channels. They are currently looking for a Sales Manager to head their team. |
Responsibilities |
- To be responsible for overall business strategy and brand positioning with accountabilities and management for profitability, budgets inventories and forecasts;
- To lead the sales and marketing team to maximize the sales potential and profitability for business mainly in wholesale and support in retail
- To plan, execute, and analyze trade marketing and brand building activities, from above the line to below the line to achieve sales target;
- To lead the wholesale team and build relation with brand’s headquarter with key accounts to get optimal support
- To develop and expand wholesale network, such as main wholesalers and spa to achieve company’s objective
- To perform competitors’ analyze as well as forecasting wholesale turnover and budget management
- To conduct sell-in and sell-through analysis on market and competition in order to enhance sales plans
- To analyze data for the enhancement of sales plans and ensure the alignment of other functional support

Requirements |
- Tertiary education; preferably major in marketing, communications or relevant discipline
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales and key account management; experience in beauty, wholesale as well as knowledge in haircare, skincare or spa brands is an advantage;
- Solid experience in both B2B and wholesale focus in beauty industry will be a big advantage
- Fluent Cantonese, English, and Mandarin;
- Good interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills;
- Analytical with strong negotiation and organizational skills;
- Proactive, detail-minded, able to work under pressure;
- Candidate with less experience will be considered for an Assistant Brand Marketing and Sales Management – Division Manager
