Education Coordinator / Training Assistant – Travel Retail, Global and APAC (Welcome fresh graduates)

Our client is an international luxury beauty brand with proven track record, who is looking for an Education Coordinator to support the Travel Retail and join their dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Report to Regional Education Manager by managing training-related purchase orders, training testers and other training related matters including reports and PowerPoint;
- Source the Beauty Advisor gifts and consultation tools by online shopping website such as Taobao;
- Collaborate with external various vendors for follow-up process of production, quality checks, payment and deliveries them across Asia Pacific regions / worldwide
- Manage the uniform inventory, such as raise and consolidation of purchase orders, first in first out, permanent/seasonal uniforms;
- Support other training needs for Retail Manager/ Area Manager (across European, the Middle East and African cities & North America);
- Manage administrative duties, such as calendars maintenance, meeting arrangements, travel arrangements and general duties of Education functions
Requirements
- University graduates (Fresh graduates are welcomed);
- Strong organization and collaboration skills with online shopping sites;
- Effective communication, multi-tasking, planning and problem-solving skills;
- Proficient in all Microsoft applications including Outlook, Work, Excel and PowerPoint;
- Fluent spoken & written English, Cantonese and Mandarin is necessary (good command of other languages is a plus)
