Our client is an international luxury beauty brand with proven track record, who is looking for a Education Manager or Assistant Education Manager to support the Travel Retail in Hong Kong, Macau and Southeast Asia to join their dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Be responsible for the training for all Travel Retail – Hong Kong, Macau & Southeast Asia doors
- Educate Beauty Advisors on product knowledge, sales skills and customer services for achieving the productivity goals and aligning the service standards
- Act as a role model to coach front line team and implement personal development plan to drive sales objectives and brand equity
- Facilitate generic staff trainings through executing seminars and education programs
- Provide feedback to Regional Education Manager on training, products, development needs and competitive activities
- Manage the allocated budget for training & development and report all appropriate expenditures on-time, following corporate policy and procedures
- Monitor the administration of all training sessions and follow up the operational issues regarding the functions of training and development
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years sales & training experience in beauty/ luxury industry or relevant field, highly preferable with rich experience in Travel Retail
- Regional exposure in Macau and Southeast Asia would be an advantage
- Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills (both verbal and written)
- Effective goal setting, multi-tasking, planning and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in all Microsoft applications including Outlook, Work, Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent spoken & written English, Cantonese and Mandarin is necessary (good command of other languages is a plus)
