As an award-winning firm, the company is now looking for an all-rounded Finance & HR Manager to join their team. Responsibilities
- By reporting to the Chief Finance Officer, the position is accountable for handling the finance and accounting functions as well as the human resources matters.
- Conduct all-round organizational management and be responsible for full spectrum HR & Admin functions including recruitment, compensation and benefits, payrolls.
- Handle the invoicing, month-end, report consolidation, annual audit as well as tax return procedure.
- Develop and implement company HR & Administrative policies and procedures.
- Oversee office operation and company administration.
Requirements
- Tertiary education in Finance and Accounting or Human Resources Management or related business disciplines;
- Solid work experience with 5 years in Finance and Accounting with some exposure in Human Resources and Administrative functions;
- Full-set accounting experience is highly preferable;
- Familiar with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance;
- Detail-minded, proactive, flexible and mature with effective communication skill
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word;
- Good English and Chinese:
- Immediate Available is an advantage.
