Client Information Our client is a leader in the collectible industry and is widely acclaimed in different parts of the world with products sold by the strategic worldwide distributors to over 30 countries, and is now looking for a Financial and Business Analysis Officer to join their dynamic team and support their growing business. It is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to build a career at a high-end brand. Candidates with less experience will be considered as Financial and Business Analysis Assistant.

Responsibilities
  • To perform regular analysis on sales and budget related reports to support Sales & Marketing processes;
  • To handle data extraction & consolidation, analysis and monitor key business milestones (Budget planning, Sales Forecasting, Marketing Investment analysis, etc.);
  • To coordinate with frontline sales and store team on sales achievement tracking;
  • To update and maintain in-house database and participate in projects, such as system implementation and enhancement when necessary.
  • To handle other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
  • Requirements
  • Diploma or above in Accounting/ Finance/ Business Administration or related discipline;
  • At least 2 years’ experience in business analysis/ financial data management, preferably in MNC/ retail industry;
  • Proficient in MS Office Application, especially Excel;
  • Good command in both spoken and written Chinese and English;
  • Good analytical, organization and consolidation skills with strong figure sense;
  • Detail-minded, independent and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Financial and Business Analysis Assistant.
