General Manager
Our client is an international luxury beauty brand, being famous for their expertise on their skincare products. The brand is now looking for a General Manager to join their dynamic team and support their growing business. The role is to lead and manage the operations, provide strategic directions and support the brand’s development. It is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to build a career at a high-end brand.

Responsibilities
- Act as the operation head of the business, provide strategic direction and operations framework; develop, execute and lead effective commercialization plan; directly report to regional managing director;
- Oversee diversified business functions including sales and marketing, retail operations, branding, distribution channels, HR and finance and training; lead and motivate the teams and ensure the effective implementation of business strategies;
- Be responsible for strategic planning, operational efficiency, commercial growth as well as profit & loss as of the business; develop strategic initiatives to maximize margins and minimize costs.
- Keep abreast of industry trend and development; explore new suppliers and vendors by building and maintaining strategic relationships with all external parties.
Requirements
- Degree holder, preferably in business administration/ marketing or related disciplines;
- Minimum 12 years’ experience in retail management in diversified business functions with profit and loss responsibility;
- Experience in luxury/ high-end beauty or fashion brands and/or international working and management experience is highly preferred;
- Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese;
- Excellent leadership ability, strategic planning, organizing, influencing and negotiation skills;
- Strong analytical consideration, relationship management and communication skills;
- Strong cultural awareness, open-minded, flexible, able to work and stay calm in a fast-paced environment.
