Our client is a global beauty distributor with e-commerce business, who is looking for a high caliber to join their dynamic team as HR Business Partner/ HR Manager and manage the all-rounded HR operations.

| Responsibilities |
- To work closely with line managers on manpower budget and arrangement based on business needs;
- To collaborate with the group’s Center Of Excellence (COE) to develop, maintain and review the talent acquisition and management program;
- To manage and review employee benefits programs by reviewing and analyzing benefits needs, trends and costs; work with COE on the enhancement of C&B policies and practices and ensure the alignment with market competitiveness;
- To ensure the planning, monitoring and assessment of employee work results by training managers are in line with the group’s direction;
- To schedule management conferences with employees, resolve employee grievances and provide counselling to employees and supervisors when necessary;
- To prepare and submit regular and ad hoc corporate and statutory HR reports and analysis for management review;
- Be responsible for the monitoring and implementation of assigned HR projects.

- Bachelor or above degrees in HR, Business Administration or related disciplines;
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in various HR functions with 5 years in managerial positions; experience in beauty brands/ luxury sector will be highly regarded;
- Fluent Chinese and English; fluency in other Asian language will be an advantage;
- Familiar with the use of HRIS and social media engagement with digital savvy; knowledge of SAP is an advantage;
- Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills with business acumen;
- Analytical, multi-tasking, able to work in a fast-paced environment with high level of integrity.
