Job Responsibilities:
- Provide clerical and administrative support to consultant in daily operations and ensure all recruitment requests are processed in a timely manner;
- Assist in data entry, candidates’ database management, job posting, CV screening and interview arrangement, presentation preparation;
- Conduct interviews with candidates and follow up shortlisted reports;
- Prepare regular payroll; conduct and compile HR reports and analysis;
- Handle phone and email enquiry; assist in ad hoc assignments and projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in any disciplines;
- Interested in Human Resources and Administration field;
- Good command in English and Mandarin;
- Proactive, detailed-minded with effective communication skills;
- Passion to learn with strong teamwork.
