Human Resources Business Partner
Our client is a leading international luxury group with proven track record. They are looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to join their dynamic team, who is able to drive the HR functions and provide wide range of HR services to the brands for the local market.

Responsibilities
- To provide full spectrum operational support to various aspects of human resources to designated brands;
- To handle front-line staff recruitment service and formulate sourcing strategies in talent attraction;
- To develop and analyze updated market remuneration and benefit package summary and share insights to management;
- To manage employee retention and built staff’s brand loyalty;
- To be a contact point for employees on HR matter and oversee staff on-boarding and off-boarding formalities;
- To prepare HR-related reports and assist in HR related policies and procedures formulation;
- To participate in various new initiatives/projects as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Degree holder with minimum 8 years relevant working experience in retail industry
- Experience in field recruitment in luxury retail industry is highly preferable
- Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficient in MS Office Application such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and other Human Resources related regulations in Hong Kong and Macau
- Basic knowledge of Human Resources Information System
- Proactive, independent and detail minded worker with strong analytical consideration and effective people skills
