Human Resources Business Partner/ Assistant Human Resources Manager
Our client is a leading international luxury group with proven track record. They are looking for a Human Resources Business Partner/ Assistant Human Resources Manager to join their team, who is able to lead the HR team and provide wide range of HR services for the local market.

Responsibilities
- To provide full spectrum operational support to various aspects of human resources to designated brands;
- To handle front-line staff recruitment service and formulate sourcing strategies in talent attraction;
- To develop and analyze updated market remuneration and benefit package summary and share insights to management;
- To manage employee retention and built staff’s brand loyalty;
- To be a contact point for employees on HR matter and oversee staff on-boarding and off-boarding formalities;
- To prepare HR-related reports and assist in HR related policies and procedures formulation;
- To participate in ad hoc project as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Degree holder with minimum 5 years relevant working experience in retail industry
- Experience in field recruitment in luxury retail industry will be an advantage
- Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficient in MS Office Application such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and other Human Resources related regulations in Hong Kong and Macau
- Basic knowledge of Human Resources Information System
- Independent and detail minded worker with strong analytical, presentation and communication skills
