Human Resources Manager / Head of Human Resources (HR)
Our client is a leading international travel management company and an award-winning provider in travel market. The company headquarter is in Hong Kong with operations in China, Singapore and Taiwan. To support their business within the region, the company is now looking for an all-rounded HR Manager / Head of HR to join their dynamic team. It would be a great opportunity for the talent to lead the HR team and grow oneself in a sizable company with regional exposure.

Responsibilities
- By reporting to the Chief Finance Officer / Chief Operating Officer, the position leads a team of 5-6 & is accountable for full spectrum of Human Resources (HR) and administration functions including recruitment, learning & development, employee compensation and benefits, HR policy as well as staff relations;
- Deploy key strategic people initiatives in line with the Asia Regional Business Plan and Global People Plan;
- Collaborate the subsidiaries in other countries within the region about HR subjects and consolidate the reporting;
- Build strong relationships with the leaders and departments across the business, and provide a general consultancy service to different teams and staff;
- Be responsible for managing the performance appraisal and review process;
- Supervise the HR administrative operations i.e. maintaining HR page on the company Intranet and HR systems etc.
Requirements
- Tertiary education in Human Resources Management or related business disciplines;
- Solid working experience with 8 years in Human Resources and Administrative functions with at least 3 years in supervisory/ management level;
- Familiar with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance;
- Consumer centric mindset, proactive, flexible with effective leadership and strong interpersonal skills;
- Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point, Teams, Share Point etc.;
- Experienced in HRMS implementation with exposure to Multiable ERP (M18 HCM) is highly desirable;
- Good command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
- Immediate Available is highly preferable
