Human Resources Officer/Compensation & Benefits Assistant
Our client is a perfumery, cosmetics, and skincare line and belongs to the world’s largest luxury group. The group is now looking for a Human Resources Officer to join their dynamic team and support their growing business. The role is to support the supervisors to handle full spectrum of compensation & benefit duties for multi-brands. It is an exciting opportunity for someone who desires to build an international career.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for human resources function with full spectrum of C&B for multi-brands
- Responsible for all rounded compensation and benefits functions including salary, pension, taxation, insurance
- Revise company policies and ensure compensation and benefits standards comply with company policies and/or other regulations or legislation
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data i.e. absences, bonus, leave
- Report to assistant manager and work closely with the HR team
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of working experiences of C&B in retail or beauty industry;
- Strong knowledge in C&B practices, salary and benefits administration;
- Highly sensitive to figures and attentive to details with the ability to work under pressure;
- Well versed in Employment Ordinances and other relevant law and regulations;
- Good command of written and spoken in Chinese, English and Mandarin;
- Good communication skill, problem solving skill, and able to manage multi tasks;
- Good time management and fast paced
- Proficiency in MS office applications.
