Our client is a famous and leading company under the banking industry. To cope with their strategic development plan, they are now looking for a Lifestyle Manager to join their dynamic team. It is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to build a career at a high-end company.

Responsibilities
- To be the contact person of selected top-tier discerning cardholders;
- To deliver a highly memorable and valuable experience and ensure clients’ needs are met and exceeded;
- To provide proactive and tailored account management including account related services and exceptional Lifestyle Consulting;
- To react on customer feedback and create a superior product for super affluent segment with the Affluent Product and Marketing team, Citigold Private Client Relationship Managers and CitiPhone;
- To monitor external vendors performance and ensure services are provided with a reasonable cost.
- To act as ambassador for acquisition
- Required to attend events in the evenings and/or weekends
Requirements
- Degree holder with 8 years’ experience in marketing, team sales or service management
- Relevant experience in servicing affluent customers is a must
- Fluent and articulate in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Working knowledge of Chinese dialects, Japanese or European languages will be a plus
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel and the ability to learn new systems quickly
- Team player with detail-minded, outstanding problem solving and decision-making skills
- Knowledge and interest in travelling, fashion, the arts, music, sports, film and theater will be an advantage
- Ability to understand the lifestyle of affluent segment will be a plus
