Our client is a well-known international beauty care brand with proven track record, who is looking for a Logistics Executive to join their team.

| Responsibilities |
- Perform order processing via SAP and POS interface
- Handle I/E documents for Macau shipment
- Monitor daily operation of inbound and outbound activities
- Handle inventory management, perform data entry & documentation filing along with maintaining & updating system data
- Liaise with 3rd party logistics provider for order taking & outbound delivery performance and VAS task
- Prepare monthly operation analysis report for regular operation review
- Support Logistics Manager in development of existing processes, tools and protocols to support company’s commercial objectives by cooperating with internal departments
- Professionally handle incoming requests from customers to build a good customer relationship
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

- High Diploma or above in Logistics Management, Business Administration or equivalent
- 3-4 years in inventory / logistics control, retail experience is preferable
- Attentive, well-organized and a team player
- Knowledge and experience in SAP (SD, MM module) is highly preferred
- Mature with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & Excel
