By having a progressive expansion plan in Hong Kong, they are currently looking for a Marketing Executive (CRM) to join their dynamic team. Responsibilities:
- Directly report to Assistant Marketing Manager for marketing planning, event management and marketing communication
- Prepare CRM reports and analyze the performance
- Plan and coordinate consumer events and activities
- Provide insights in customers experience journey
- Work closely with internal clients, marketing, sales, operation so as to enhance customer satisfaction and keep loyalty
- To perform ad-hoc projects
Requirements:
- 2 years’ experience in CRM with bachelor’s degree in marketing or related discipline
- Preferable to have beauty experience
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
- Proficient in Microsoft especially excel
- Good analytical, presentation and problem-solving skills
