Marketing Manager/Assistant Brand Manager
Our client is a dynamic health & beauty company with continuous business growth in Hong Kong, Macau, China and Singapore. They are developing both e-commerce in China and their retail business. To support their rapid expansion and drive the development of a portfolio of beauty brands, they are currently looking for a Marketing Manager/Brand Manager to join their exciting team. Candidate, who has less experience, will be considered as Assistant Brand Manager.

Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Managing Director, the role is responsible for planning and implementing the marketing strategies including online and offline; aims to build the brand awareness and drive business growth.
- To manage the profitability and marketing budget for brands with data analysis;
- To evaluate and monitor the ROI of marketing events
- To develop and collaborate with sales team for promotion activities
- To collaborate with various parties in developing all marketing materials
- To forecast and monitor the level of stocks
- Assist and execute any ad-hoc projects as assigned
Qualifications:
- Tertiary education preferably in marketing, communication and business administration related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing management field
- Marketing or brand building experience in beauty is a must; skincare background is preferable
- Experience in promotion events, digital marketing and familiar with online and offline media
- Connection with media, editor and key opinion leaders
- Creativity, strategic thinking with strong analytical consideration and marketing sense
- Effective negotiation skills with ability to work under tight schedule
