Responsibilities |
- To develop overall omni channel and sales strategies that are in line with the brand’s directions and ensure they are clearly communicated at all levels;
- To have full responsibility for P&L for all distribution channels including boutiques, department stores as well as e-business platform; analyze business results, develop and communicate corresponding action plans;
- To achieve the sales target by building and maintaining strong relationship with retail partners;
- To manage the sales force; work closely with internal leaders and provide strong leadership to sales team on store target achievement;
- To identify potential new business development and expansion opportunities in China.

Requirements |
- Degree holder preferably in business administration or related discipline;
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in brand/ account/ sales management especially in China region; experience in luxury retail/ beauty brands will be highly regarded;
- Fluent Chinese and English;
- Strong digital savvy with business acumen and entrepreneurial spirit;
- Excellent planning, communication, negotiation and leadership skills;
- Presentable, confident, able to work in a fast-paced environment with high level of integrity.
