Office Manager
Our client is a well-known trading company which provides high quality cosmetic packaging products to sizable and luxury beauty retailers, and is now looking for an Office Manager to join their dynamic team and support their growing business in Hong Kong and China.

Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Group’s CFO/COO, this key position is responsible for the overall management of the Hong Kong new set-up office and ensure the smooth operation;
- To lead a team with 1-2 headcounts and oversee both accounting and also HR-related duties such as recruitment, payroll and MPF administration, taxation;
- To coordinate and support the trading business by closely work with various departments located in mainland China including documentation and compliance;
- Performing ad hoc projects and assignment when required;
- To manage full spectrum of office related administration function i.e. sourcing and maintaining the office supplies and equipment, facilities management and leasing administration;
Requirements
- Degree holder in business administration or related disciplines is preferred;
- Minimum 10 years relevant working experience with understanding in setting up new office, preferably in trading and cosmetic industry;
- Exposure to China market/ cultures will be a great advantage;
- Great command of written English and mandarin;
- Detail-oriented with good organization skills and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment;
- Possess the positive attitude with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills;
