Client Information Our client is a USA-based fashion group with over 30 years of history in Hong Kong, being one of the top-tier producers buttons, belts, trim and fashion accessories for the garment, fashion and hobby industry. The group is now looking for a seasoned Operation & Business Development Manager/ Senior Officer to drive and lead the business strategy for long-term development and manage the general business operation.  It is a valuable opportunity for calibers who desire to advance their career next step.

Responsibilities
  • To assist the Chief Operating Officer in planning and managing all operational, functional and financial aspect of the business;
  • To monitor the factory operation including production planning and management and ensure the timely delivery of quality products;
  • To conduct market and business analysis to understand the competition landscape and drive corresponding action plan to improve business performance;
  • To build a strong network with business partners and explore new opportunities for business expansion;
  • To maintain tight control on cost and expense; ensure the business is driven forward and the financial targets are met.
  • Requirements
  • Tertiary education; education background in Business Administration or related disciplines is an advantage;
  • 6 years’ solid and relevant experience; preferably in manufacturing setting;
  • Strong risk management, execution ability, sense of responsibility with business savvy;
  • Strong communication, numerical and analytical skills;
  • Good command of English and Chinese;
  • Flexible, open-minded with entrepreneurial spirit.
