Client Information Our client is a well-known luxury beauty brand being famous for their premium skincare products with proven track record, who is looking for an Operational Marketing Manager to join their dynamic team.
The caliber will be responsible for strategizing and executing marketing activities for Travel Retail Asia market and ensure the global travel retail concepts are successfully implemented and followed. Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities
  • To prepare marketing calendars and promotion plans and support the team on new product launch for Travel Retail Asia;
  • To coordinate feedback from stores, handle operational marketing activities, requests; measure the implementation, support the stores’ needs and improvements;
  • To be responsible for strategy development, implementation and conducting analysis for CRM tools/ activities;
  • To create planograms and visual merchandising plan and maintain an overview of all locations and requirements; ensure the alignment with the global travel retail concepts and guidelines;
  • To support the Regional Director-TR with planning the digital marketing strategies and be responsible for the execution, measurement and analysis as well as development of implementation plans.
  • Requirements
  • Tertiary education in business; education background in marketing/ communications preferred;
  • 5 years of marketing experience in beauty/ luxury industry; travel retail experience is preferred;
  • Possessing relevant digital marketing experience; with own concepts implemented is an advantage;
  • Fluent English and Chinese;
  • Good PC skills; particularly with the use of PowerPoint;
  • Strong organization, communication and strategic skills; with good understanding on retail operations;
  • Flexible, responsible and multi-tasking.
  • Salary Range
