Paralegal / Legal Executive

Our client is a well-known US listed life science innovation and healthcare group which is listed in US and Europe. They are looking for a great caliber as a Paralegal / Legal Executive to support their management and the subsidiaries for coordinating all legal, compliance as well as IP subjects.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support in structuring and negotiating with external parties on corporate deals and projects
- Facilitate IP and patent management
- Work closely with the Research & Development team for the IP / patent, licensing or trademark related issues such as clinical trial agreements, agreements for both in-licensing and out-licensing of biopharmaceutical products, IP filing strategies
- Conduct legal research related to IP/trademarks and template review
- Liaise and collaborate with external counsels and regulatory bodies for enquiries, reporting, inspection or investigation
- Offer support on other ad hoc assignments as required
Requirements:
- University degree holder in Law or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience in commercial firm, experience in Pharmaceutical or Biotech industries is advantageous
- Knowledge of IP environment is a plus
- Proactive, Detail-minded and able to work independently
- Strong communication and organizing skills with learning agility
- Excellent command of written & spoken English & Mandarin Chinese
- Immediate available or short notice is highly preferred
