Project Manager
About the position:
The Project Manager will be part of the dynamic Global IT Projects team. He / she will be working closely with colleagues in Hong Kong and other regions to design, plan and execute IT projects. The Project Manager must have the capacity to maintain full control of multi projects simultaneously and take them all the way from design to successful operational execution.
Principle Job Responsibilities:
- To take full responsibility and accountability of project deliverables and ensure the projects are delivered within budget and timeline;
- To establish project scope and overview, create structure, identify and mitigate risks;
- To plan and execute on all levels adhering to the project business case;
- To manage stakeholders throughout the entire project;
- To be responsible for the development of Project Management toolbox;
- To drive motivation, collaboration, and performance of the project team.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor degree holder with minimum 6 years of experience in delivering high quality IT Projects in a global/regional IT environment with different cultures; preferably certified within PMI, Prince2, IPMA C or B;
- Excellent English communication skills, written as well as verbally (Cantonese & Mandarin a plus);
- In-depth experience with management of larger IT projects
- Experienced with methodical tools (PMBOK, Prince2, Scrum and agile etc.);
- Experience in facilitating changes, including collaboration with senior-level stakeholders;
- Dynamic; result-oriented; self-motivated with international mindset.
