Client Information Our client is a leader in the collectible industry and has led the quality of collectible figures development to another climax over the past years. Their brand is widely acclaimed in different parts of the world with products sold by our strategic worldwide distributors to over 30 countries, and is now looking for a Project Coordinator to join their dynamic team and support their growing business. The role is to coordinate with internal and external partners and handle life-size props’ production. It is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to build a career at a high-end brand.
A candidate with more experience will be considered as Project Supervisor.

Responsibilities
  • To support the Project Leader and production team for planning and coordinating the production project for props;
  • To keep track of the project status and report to Project Leader for feedback and approvals;
  • To coordinate closely with retail stores and factories in China and other external partners, including overseas distributors, production house, contractors and suppliers to execute production requests, seek approvals and track timelines;
  • To collaborate with various internal functions especially sales and licensing team on production workflow and operation;
  • To assist the marketing and production functions for project presentation to different stakeholders;
  • To ensure all projects are delivered on-budget, on-spec and on-time.
  • Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in project coordination or related discipline;
  • Exposure on toys industry will be a plus;
  • Good command of spoken Cantonese and Mandarin;
  • Good communication, interpersonal and organization skills;
  • Positive, proactive, detail-minded, self-motivated with good time management;
  • Regular travel to China is required;
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Project Supervisor.
