Our client is a well-known luxury jeweler, who is looking for a seasoned Quality Manager to join their dynamic team and support the growing business with focus on North Asia. It is an exciting opportunity for talents who are passionate to build a career at a high-end brand.

Responsibilities
- To establish and lead the Quality Control process for suppliers to continuously improve performance and support business growth within the Region
- To manage and ensure the supply base complies with Company standards and internal stakeholders’ requirements via factory audits, visits and other means within company policy guidelines;
- To perform drawing reviews and monitor in line product and post product testing, sampling and sign off;
- To oversee suppliers’ quality team and manage 3rd party audit company to product inspection services;
- To support an ongoing vendor evaluation and monitoring strategy that evaluates factories performance;
- To maintain and foster strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and head quarter.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, Industrial Technology or other relevant field of study;
- Minimum 7 years Quality Assurance/Regulatory Assurance experience in the field of inspection, preferably in retail or luxury business environment
- Experience in progressive quality metrics including Defective Parts per Million (DPPM), Failure Modes Effect Analysis (FMEA) and other measurements;
- Proficient in MS Windows, MS Office and statistical applications;
- Strong integrity, excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Good command in English and Mandarin;
- Willingness to travel in within and outside of the APAC region.
