Recruiter / Talent Sourcing Specialist (Multi-national Company & Multi-Brands )
Our client is the worldwide leading luxury group and their core business unit is now looking for a Recruiter to join their dynamic team. This is an important role to support their human resources management (HRM) functions with great exposure to multi-brands. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who desires to build an international career and excel themselves, especially in luxury retail.

Responsibilities
- To manage the whole recruitment process including talent sourcing and selection, interview and offer management
- Support the business unit / corresponding brand for addressing the organizational and talent needs particularly for field team
- Develop talent search strategy and conduct proactive search for qualified candidates by using social media, database, referrals etc.
- Drive and manage the candidate experience throughout the selection process including offer negotiation and new hire onboarding
Requirements:
- Degree holder or above, preferably in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- Minimum 4 years of recruiting experience, highly preferable with retail or beauty industry background
- Familiarity with social media and other professional networks
- Good command of written and spoken in English and Mandarin
- Strong decision-making and communication skills
